Family Life

I've lived in Aurora for most of my life and I'm a huge champion for our town, supporting balanced growth while we continue preserving our small-town character, rich community and beautiful green spaces.

When I'm not busy with my husband chasing after our two young daughters (ages 2 and 4), you can usually find me out walking my golden doodle in Aurora Village, enjoying a coffee or tea at one of our local cafes, or spending time with my neighbours.

15 YRS Public Service Leadership

As the saying goes, if you want something done give it to a busy woman! That would sum up Lauren Hanna. I believe Lauren has already proven herself as a strong community leader. Her career in Ontario's public service gives her a solid understanding of what makes a strong community. This married mother of two brings a fresh outlook to our Town and the people who live here. Her engagement in our community has already brought residents together while always keeping us informed through social media. I endorse Lauren and look forward to what she will bring to our great Town of Aurora if elected to Council.
